Next, you’ve got to understand that these are adult learners, that means that they learn differently and that they are not people that you can just do the same thing that you’ve always been doing. You’ve got to not just switch it up, but you’ve also got to understand how adult learners learn.
3. Include Them in Training
Finally, you’ve got to include them in the training plan. Go over it with them. Incorporate them in their development and their education. It will only help you, and it will only assist them in.
